John is a patient and good humoured instructor. His explanations are clear and encouraging. Whenever mistakes were made, John’s approach was always to explain the error and how to correct it, without pressure. Additionally, he was always punctual. I’m glad I was able to pass my exam first time.

John is an amazing instructor. He’s friendly, calm and capable of ensuring you will become a confident driver. His patience never runs out, and he will work with you to iron out any form of bad practices or difficulty manoeuvring. Passed first time and I would definitely recommend him to any new drivers! I’ve had a blast learning to drive with John. What I loved most was the way he structured my lessons so I knew we had a plan and goal for each lesson. He’s calm and friendly and you can have a laugh with him. And he has a lot of patience because sometimes he’d have to explain something several times till my brain figured it out!

Passed my test a few months ago now, and I can confidently say that among my friend group I am one of the most assured and safe drivers thanks to John. The lessons were catered to my exact needs, and issues were addressed quickly and effectively to make me a much more safe and confident driver. Thanks to what my lessons set up, once I had passed and needed to get onto the motorway, I was able to do so by myself with very little worry or trouble! I cannot thank John enough for his expert teaching, as I’ve now gained a lot more independence in my ability to drive safely on my own.
